What does it really mean to follow Jesus?
Yeah, I can pray here and there.
Read my Bible when I feel like it.
Go to church every Sunday.
NO.
Is God first in your life?
Are you denying the desires of your flesh every day?
Are you even trying?
This is the question.
Do not just hear the Word.
LIVE IT OUT!
LIVE BY IT.
EVERYDAY.
Surrender it to Jesus, pick up your cross, and be changed.
This is what it means.
The world only offers temporary solutions to your problems.
Temporary fix.
Then it will all fade away.
And you are left empty-handed.
You can be in the world, but do not be of the world.
But Jesus offers something greater, something that cannot be earned.
It is eternal life.
As a gift.
Wow.
Isn’t that wonderful?
But he wants your heart.
All of it.
Not 50%.
No one can serve two masters.
There is no middle ground.
You are either in or out.
So ask yourself.
Am I really living it out or just barely trying?
